Trippsy plays with intimacy, texture, and the allure of the strange. Raised in Vilnius, he found his voice in Kyiv by co-founding the THP collective, becoming a Closer resident, and shaping the city’s underground through Social Spot and THP Sessions.
His style was sharpened in those rooms: late hours, restless crowds, and a distinct curiosity. That spirit lives on in his record bag and DJ sets – blends of leftfield house, crooked electro and shadowy psychedelia. All stitched with patience and an aura of timelessness. Trippsy’s productions on Twig, FTF, Hypnhouse, Tysk, and Lapse carry the same warped energy.
Back in Vilnius, Karolis continues to push sound forward as a producer and sound engineer. As a co-founder of River Sound Festival, he helps shape a narrative rooted in community, care, and sonic curiosity.
