Brnr is the founder of OMG Events, Soria Gathering and Soria Records. He has organized large-scale nighttime events for a decade, and has been a significant contributor to the underground scene in the Nordics. The mere power of sound unleashed from his introverted performances has been experienced across a wide variety of events worldwide.
As a DJ he plays music originating from his own label, Soria Records, and its associates in various hypnotic cults of Scandinavia. Arcane, obscure, and yawning techno with eclectic breaks into primal territories. His sound is rooted in deep and seductive rhythms with a backdrop of all-pervading ambience which creates space, and new possibilities for the listener. He draws contemporary techno music from a palette of noise, overtones, organic patterns, hi-fi textures and gloomy haze – always playing for the current crowd, inspired by the present moment, without a plan for his sets.
