Cecilie is a dedicated Yoga Teacher based in Oslo, offering classes at various studios and events, as well as working with concepts within the field of electronic music like Morning Beat, MNMT and MANA (Oslo based concepts).
With over a decade of exploring the practice of yoga, her passion is to guide others to find their unique practice through a balance of mindful exploration, playfulness and stillness. Rooted in yoga philosophy, her classes offer more than just a physical practice; they’re an opportunity for you to pause and reconnect.

Based in Oslo, she has been inspiring the underground scene with her magical ability to capture moments and feelings via live sketches, and live neon / UV light paintings that evolve with the surroundings as the event elapses.
Having recently taken a deep affinity for live soundscaping, she is passionate about connecting the modern electronic music culture with ancient rituals.

The class will be based on the principles of yoga, and will contain postures, breathwork, mudras and more elements from traditional yoga, interpreted by Marita.
The structure of the class will take form when the participants show up, so that you who join will get the most of it.

Each session is promised to be tailored to the individual, with therapy chosen based not only on muscular condition but also the state of the nervous system.
Victoria’s approach is holistic, aiming to promote deep relaxation, recovery, and overall balance.
Techniques are drawn from a range of modalities, carefully adapted to meet the needs of each body in the moment. Whether the goal is to relieve tension, reduce stress, or support physical healing, the focus remains on creating a safe and grounded space for the body to unwind and restore.
Special attention is given to the connection between body and mind, encouraging deeper awareness and long-term well-being.

Movement is about playful exploration of motion, dance, music, contact and presence. You slip into a meditative flow state, fully here and now. It’s a space to release control, drop your protective barriers and let your body move in ways you might not expect – without judgment or overthinking.
Open level, no preparation needed. During River Sound weekend, Kipras will be waiting for you to step in and immerse yourself in the process.

We’ll explore music as a language through group warm-ups, playful improvisation, and collaborative expression. All experience levels are welcome – you’re invited to bring your setup and your vibe.

At River Sound, waves of resonant gongs and the sublime tones of singing bowls will envelop and permeate your body like ocean waves, quieting the mind and opening a doorway to something greater.
You may feel energy unblocking, a release of tension, or moments of inner vision – touching something deep and infinite within yourself.
Lie down, breathe, and surrender to the sound magic – emerging restored, rebalanced, and in harmony at the deepest soul level.
