There’s a certain kind of focus that emerges in the afterhours – when time warps out and the floor settles into something slower, stranger, more fluid. That’s where Donatas Chipak is at home.
Chipak got his start in Klaipėda as a Drum’n’bass DJ and promoter, fast tempos, packed basements, DIY energy. Over the years, he has become a steady hand at key Lithuanian clubs and festivals like OLE and Audra, best known for long-form sets that favour stripped-back house, oddball rhythms and deep groove logic. He’s also one half of the duo Circus Operandi and runs a show on Radio Vilnius, where his side as a deep digger comes through in full contrast
This one’s for the heads still moving when the sky starts to change.
